Broadway's Land Use Framework Response

The Broadway Initiative submitted a unique response to Defra’s Land Use Framework consultation, drawing on our role as the space in which trade associations and government connect on environmental issues.

Planning and Infrastructure Bill Introduced to Parliament
Of interest to the Broadway coalition and relevant across our workstreams, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government have shared details of the Planning Infrastructure Bill.
The infrastructure necessary to decarbonise the grid is a vital element of Broadway's work to support business achieve net zero, while the introduction of the Nature Recovery Fund has significant implications for our work across the EIP and through the Nature Markets Dialogue. Broadway Initiative Welcomes the Relaunched Net Zero Council
The Broadway Initiative was delighted to attend the first meeting of the relaunched Net Zero Council (NZC), the central forum where Ministers, the financial community, and leaders from business and civil society can coordinate the business transition to net zero.
